In the dawn of 2015 we’d like to look back, reflect and share with you some exciting work that was created in the past year. We had the honor to work with some amazing clients, fantastic art directors and fabulous crew.
A highlight of 2014 was mastering the technique of projecting HD background environment directly on set. This technique came most useful in situations where the product had translucent quality (drinks/glass/liquids). The shots were done in studio using minimal set elements and thus avoiding big expenses for locations and extensive set building. More samples with this technique can be viewed at sashagitin.com/drink
Cocktail photography using projection
In 2014, we made an effort to come up with new lighting solutions and creative angles to add more excitement to bottle photography. The look is more sophisticated, engaging and dynamic. More samples of bottles can be viewed at sashagitin.com/drink
In the past year we have created many images for front panel retail food packages. Seeing our work on the shelves is highly rewarding. Below is a set we did for Alouette “Creme de Brie” See more food packaging samples at: sashagitin.com/recent-projects

Country Style Pies
Desserts and baked goods made up a quarter of all the shoots. From International retail brands like Bauli to local iconic bakeries like Little Pie Company.
Last year for us was “Year of the Chocolate” web, social, retail packages and advertising we shot a ton of it. We ate a ton of it as well. Loosing some of those calories is on my resolution list for 2015.
2014 was a productive year, thank you all who collaborated with us. We look forward to the New Year!
My team and I are wishing you a successful and delicious 2015!
